Chinatown's Traditional Hopia Recipe (Red Mung Bean Mooncake)

Hopia is also known as bean paste-filled mini mooncakes, but somewhere along the past decade new versions of hopia has sprouted, such as the chocolate hopia and the hopia baboy (pork-filled).
